GCN Circulars

The General Coordinates Network (GCN) distributes rapid alerts and short observational reports related to gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) and other high-energy transients. GCN Circulars are community-written notices used to share follow-up observations, redshift measurements, instrument reports, and transient classifications within minutes to hours of an event. They serve as a fast communication channel complementing peer-reviewed publications.
